Shipping & Delivery

Please review the following basic terms that govern your use of and purchase of products from our website. Please note that your continued use of our website constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by these terms.

• Delivery is available throughout Malaysia.
• All delivery will only be arranged after the full payment is made.
• Shipping charges may vary depending on the area, the order amount in your shopping cart, and the distance from our warehouse store to your location.
• If you are engaging delivery service with us, please ensure the delivery address, receiver’s name and contact numbers are accurate and complete (including any Business Name if delivering to a office address) so that the delivery can be made on schedule.
• All orders will be processed within 2-5 business days.
• K's Home Dropship is not responsible for the delivery time of your order send by courier company. Once items have been dispatched, it is the customers responsibility to liaise with the courier nominated by K's Home Dropship (as notified to the customer) in relation to date and time of delivery. K's Home Dropship shall not be liable for any inaccuracy of information provided to customers relating to the date and time of delivery.
• K's Home Dropship reserves the right to not ship to remote or rural locations.
